Диплом «Работал с женщинами-операторами Мира», W-YL-W, учрежден Российским радиоклубом женщин- радиолюбителей, R-YL-C.
Диплом преследует цель повышения активности работы в эфире женщин- радиолюбителей Мира.
Условия получения диплома:
Диплом имеет четыре категории. Для получения дипломов необходимо провести 20,30,40 и 50 радиосвязей с женщинами- радиолюбителями Мира, соответственно.
Засчитываются радиосвязи, проведенные с 8 Марта 2019 года (день образования клуба).
В зачет идут радиосвязи на всех любительских диапазонах (включая WARC) , всеми видами излучения.
Повторные радиосвязи засчитываются на разных диапазонах и разными видами излучения (цифровые виды засчитываются как один вид связи).

The diploma “Worked with women operators of the World”, W-YL-W, was established by the Russian Radio Club of Radio Amateurs, R-YL-C.
